April is a busy month : Concert at Arddleen

April is a busy month! Yesterday I posted details about the Revival Gathering which will take place at Moriah Chapel in Loughor, South Wales, this Friday and Saturday, and also about the Gospel Service which takes place a week from today at St John's Presbyterian Church in Runcorn. Hot on the heels of those two announcements comes a third, this time to let you know about a concert which is being put on by Sheer Joy Music at Tabernacle Chapel, Arddleen, near Welshpool, on the borders of Mid Wales.
.
As you can see from the poster above, the concert features the choral ensemble Cantoris, Alan Watson and Charlotte Dacia, which will bring a good evening's entertainment through the completely different styles of the artistes. Cantoris will sing some of the songs from their Cd's plus a few new ones, and Alan will also sing a selection of songs both from his Cd's and from a broad range of popular music. Charlotte Dacia is a fifteen-year old soprano and will be singing several familiar and popular classical pieces. All in all a good mix which I hope will please the audience.
