In the film 'Dr Doolittle', there is a creature called a Pushmepullyou which has the ability to look backwards and forwards at the same time. If only we all had the ability to do this we would be able to apply to the present the lessons learned from the past.
Sadly, it would appear that the art of reflection seems to be destined to the past in this age of 'everything now'.
