TUNE: Open the Wells
Here for a moment, resting in Jesus,
Kneeling and praying, here for a day.
Here for a lifetime, trusting my Saviour,
He is the Truth, the Life and the Way.
Now I am resting, resting in Jesus,
He is my Saviour, He is my Lord;
He’s always with me, leading me onward,
He is my Saviour, God’s living Word.
I will be Yours Lord, now and for ever,
I hear You calling in the dark night.
Living and loving, serving my Saviour,
He calls me now to be salt and light.
Now I am resting, resting in Jesus,
He is my Saviour, He is my Lord;
He’s always with me, leading me onward,
He is my Saviour, God’s living Word.
Now on life’s pathway, onward I journey,
He’s walking with me, leading the way.
Born of the Spirit, through my Redeemer,
He is the source of eternal day.
Now I am resting, resting in Jesus,

Now for a lifetime, resting in Jesus,
Living and loving, serving my Lord;
I journey with Him ever beside me,
