There's a new eatery opened up in what used to be the local Post Office. It's called The Cheshire Bake House, and it bakes the most wonderful pies and cakes. This morning we went along to sample their wares, and I had a piece of Lemon Drizzle Cake which is one of my favourites. Mind you. like many people, I love nice cake, and I have a long list of cakes that are called my favourites.
This is an experience that I can see will be repeated on many future occasions, so I had better watch my waistline!
