Joanne Lowe's Meditations

IT IS A PRIVILEGE
"And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."
Matthew 21:22 (King James Version)
Joseph Medlicott Scriven wrote a beautiful hymn "What a Friend We Have in Jesus".  The words in this hymn touch my heart and remind me once again what a precious Saviour we have.  Not only is it a privilege to go to God in prayer, it is also a privilege to have Jesus as our Saviour.
I believe that Mr. Scriven wrote this hymn from the depths of his heart.  "What a Friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear!  What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer!  O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear, All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer."
Too often we take God for granted.  We know that He is a loving, forgiving and compassionate Heavenly Father and that He will answer our prayers.  However, there are times when we do things we know we shouldn't do because we know that He will be faithful to forgive us.  Yes, He forgives us but we hurt Him.
Let's stop hurting God and instead of hurting Him let's become obedient children who bring Him happiness instead of being children who disobey Him and bring Him sadness.  Do you realize that it is a privilege to go into the presence of God?  He is holy and we need to treat Him with respect.
Heavenly Father, thank You for allowing us the privilege to come into Your presence.  Indeed, You are a loving, forgiving and compassionate Father and we love You and appreciate You.  Jesus, thank You for being a friend who never fails us and never leaves us.  You are so precious, dear Jesus.  Amen.

How to train your kids to use foul language at an early age

Adam Mansbach had a problem one night when his two-year old daughter wouldn't go to sleep, and so he ended up losing his patience to the point that he wrote a  children's bedtime book with a mixture of cutesy pictures and foul-mouthed rhymes. The author, illustrator, publishers and distributors are as pleased as punch with the result, because the sales of this obscene publication have soared through the roof.

How sad! they have all allowed the lure of money to cloud their sensibilities completely. That this book was ever written in the first place shows that Mansbach is a man comfortable with foul language, and one assumes that it is commonplace in his household. That so many people want to purchase the book is a sign of the foul-mouthed age in which we live. The use of such language demonstrates an inability to express oneself without resorting to an opportunity to demonstrate a lack of knowledge of the fullness of the English language.

It is claimed that this is not a book for children, although it is, by its design format and illustrations, a book that any small child will readily pick up if they find it in the house. Just think ... the little darlings can learn a whole lot of new words so that they can converse more readily with their parents and in what the publisher coyly claims is the language of the real world.

How sad that the book has been written; how sad that it has been illustrated; how sad that it has been published; how sad that reputable booksellers are offering it for sale, and how sad that so many people are buying it in order to satisfy their curiosity about seeing the obscene language in print. More than that, how sad that nobody spared a thought for innocence of the little children.

Rio Ferdinand's interpretation of morality role models

Rio Ferdinand loves any positive publicity which helps to maintain his image as a leading footballer, and thereby a great role model for his adoring fans. Whether he sets out to be a role model or not is largely irrelevant, because it has long been recognised that those whom small boys look upon as their heroes are the models on which those same young boys will seek to emulate. What personalities such as footballers need to recognise therefore, is the responsibility that they have to their fans in particular and society in general. For any of them, Rio Ferdinand or anyone else, to attempt to denounce this responsibility is to betray their fans to an unpardonable degree.
The fact of the matter is that, as a prominent football personality, Rio Ferdinand is of interest to the public in news terms, whether that news is considered to be favourable or unfavourable. Once such a role model is in the eye of the public they have to accept to a large degree that they have a responsibility to maintain a wholesome image. Rio Ferdinand has engaged upon various liaisons outside of his marriage, and so the message that he sends out to those who consider him to be a role model is that it's perfectly okay to behave in a similar manner when they are married to someone. He implies by his behaviour that promises given during the marriage ceremony are worthless whenever you want them to be.
The current court action is no more than an attempt on Ferdinand's behalf to get the courts to legitimise his philandering, claiming that the moral atmosphere is different in modern day times. The truth is that, whilst morality may have sunk to a low amongst many, particularly amongst those who, like many footballers, are paid vast sums of money for kicking a ball around a field, this does not alter the morality code that people should be living by.
Ferdinand has gone to great lengths in the past to portray himself as a role model for the young, and as a faithful partner to his wife, devoted to maintaining a harmonious married life, but the truth is that he is a poor role model for those whom he seeks to inspire, and by virtue of his philandering, he has proven himself an unfaithful partner to his wife.
He deserves to lose his privacy battle against the Sunday Mirror article, because his behaviour deems that he has no rights to keep such a matter out of the public arena simply because he wants to keep it secret. Most people who do wrong things would like to keep their misdemeanours away from the public's gaze, but unfortunately, when you court publicity for the good things then you have to accept that it will seek out the bad as well.

News about Milli Alaira!

Here's some great news about the fabulously talented singer, Milli Alaira. She releases a single called Dance!, which is a great foot-tapping number for the summer, in a week's time. I've heard it, and I can tell you that it sounds great. I must add to that the comment that she looks great in the photo above, as well!

Great Quotes

Isaiah 32 : The Kingdom of Righteousness

In this chapter, Isaiah prophesies that there will be a time of peace and happiness, followed by a period of trouble, yet in the end there will be comfort and blessings.
Having suffered a great deal of injustice at the hands of evil rulers, the people of Judah longed for a strong king who would rule with justice and fairness. We still seek after the same desire, and this desire will ultimately be fulfilled when Christ returns and reigns. At that time all evil will be banished forever, and Christ, who will rule unlike any other king, will reign in righteousness and rule with justice. When he comes then people's motives will become transparent. Fools will no longer be regarded as noble, and all who have opposed and rejected God's standards of living will be unable to maintain their deception. There is no way in which sin can disguise itself as acceptable when faced with the glorious light of Jesus Christ. Because His light will reach into every dark corner of the earth and every dark place in people's hearts, sin will be exposed for what it is. No heart that is truly ruled by Christ can harbour sin, no matter how well people might try to hide it.
Verses 9-13 contain a warning to the people who are guilty of turning their backs on God and concentrating on their own pleasure rather than  serving God and living according to His Word. In our modern-day hedonistic and materialistic society this warning is very applicable. People worship wealth and seek fame, believing that these things bring security, but it is a false belief. We are surrounded by disaster of massive proportion, both nationally and on a more personal level. Insecurity is endemic. Yet people seek after the wrong solutions, and turn further away from God as a result. By abandoning God's purpose for our lives, we also abandon His help.
People seek after happiness, yet happiness is found in holiness, and perfect holiness, which we find through Christ, is the path to perfect happiness. Only when God's Spirit is amongst us can we find true peace and fulfilment, and we shall see this happening in the end time. We can have God's Spirit with us now, because when we accept Jesus Christ as our Saviour and choose to acknowledge Him as our Lord, then He grants us the gift of the Holy Spirit to indwell us. The outpouring which Isaiah prophesies towards the close of the chapter will happen when the Kingdom of God is established on the earth for ever.
1 See, a king will reign in righteousness
and rulers will rule with justice.
2 Each one will be like a shelter from the wind
and a refuge from the storm,
like streams of water in the desert
and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land.

3 Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed,
and the ears of those who hear will listen.
4 The fearful heart will know and understand,
and the stammering tongue will be fluent and clear.
5 No longer will the fool be called noble
nor the scoundrel be highly respected.
6 For fools speak folly,
their hearts are bent on evil:
They practice ungodliness
   and spread error concerning the Lord;
the hungry they leave empty
and from the thirsty they withhold water.
7 Scoundrels use wicked methods,
   they make up evil schemes
to destroy the poor with lies,
even when the plea of the needy is just.
8 But the noble make noble plans,
and by noble deeds they stand.
The Women of Jerusalem
9 You women who are so complacent,
   rise up and listen to me;
you daughters who feel secure,
hear what I have to say!
10 In little more than a year
   you who feel secure will tremble;
the grape harvest will fail,
and the harvest of fruit will not come.
11 Tremble, you complacent women;
shudder, you daughters who feel secure!
Strip off your fine clothes
   and wrap yourselves in rags.
12 Beat your breasts for the pleasant fields,
   for the fruitful vines
13 and for the land of my people,
a land overgrown with thorns and briers—
yes, mourn for all houses of merriment
and for this city of revelry.
14 The fortress will be abandoned,
   the noisy city deserted;
citadel and watchtower will become a wasteland forever,
the delight of donkeys, a pasture for flocks,
15 till the Spirit is poured on us from on high,
and the desert becomes a fertile field,
and the fertile field seems like a forest.
16 The Lord’s justice will dwell in the desert,
his righteousness live in the fertile field.
17 The fruit of that righteousness will be peace;
its effect will be quietness and confidence forever.
18 My people will live in peaceful dwelling places,
   in secure homes,
   in undisturbed places of rest.
19 Though hail flattens the forest
and the city is leveled completely,
20 how blessed you will be,
sowing your seed by every stream,
and letting your cattle and donkeys range free.

New CD by Greg Scheer due for release next week

Greg Scheer has been my song-writing partner now since the Fall of 2006, and about three months ago the thought occurred to me that we had a good number of songs in the can which he had recorded as demos. The result of that thought was that the songs were all mastered and are due to be released next week on a new album entitled Simply Greg.
We released one of the songs, Love Away the Hateon 1st July, and it's currently climbing up the NCM Charts, having entered the UK chart at #10 and the Euro chart at #15. Eight of the eleven songs on the CD are completely new, whilst apart from the song mentioned already, Candle in the Window and Forever Friend have both been recorded previously, the former being released in the USA last year by Charlotte Kerce and the latter about six months ago in Australia by Darren Mullan.
One song of which I am really pleased about is Dreaming, a fabulous Hawaiian-style number which has a great trumpet solo in it. It's so different from anything that we've written together before.
Here's the Track List:
1.  Pavements of Gold
2.   Love Away the Hate
3.   Anniversary Serenade
4.   You Are My Rock
5.   Dreaming
6.   Our Song is Playing Still
7.   Candle in the Window
8.   Where Did You Go?
9.   Shake the Dust
10.   Forever Friend
11.   Sometimes Dreams Come True

Both the album and individual tracks will be available to download by the end of July, so keep your eyes peeled for the date which I'll announce on this blog, and your fingers poised ready to download!

Joanne Lowe's Meditations

SING WITH JOY
"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."
Matthew 18:20 (King James Version)
I watched a church service on television.  The choir was singing a beautiful hymn of praise to Jesus but none of the members of the choir were smiling or had a look of happiness on their face.  I thought "how sad it is that they are singing praises to Jesus but they aren't singing with joy".
Jesus said that when two or three are gathered together in His name He is in the midst of them.  How can we not smile and have a look of joy and happiness on our face when Jesus is in the midst of us.  Even the choir director and the people playing the organ and piano weren't smiling.
I think that there are times we are concentrating so much on what we are singing and playing so that we don't make any mistakes that we forget that we are praising Jesus.  I'm sure it hurts Him and breaks His heart when we concentrate more on the music than we do on praising Him.
If we have allowed our music to become so professional that it doesn't praise Jesus and make Him happy, it is time that we start to sing from our hearts.  I love to hear a choir singing in harmony and without making a mistake.  However, Jesus is more interested in what is in our heart when we are singing.
Heavenly Father, please forgive us for not singing from our heart when we are praising Jesus.  I pray that You would please put a desire deep in our heart to sing with joy to the One who loves us so much He died for us.  Jesus, we do praise You.  Jesus, You are worthy to be praised and adored.  Amen.

Is the Obama Administration Selling Out America?

The Tipping Point: Embracing the Muslim Brotherhood
F R A N K  J.  G A F F N E Y,  J R.

The Obama administration chose the eve of the holiday marking our Nation's birth to acknowledge publicly behavior in which it has long been stealthily engaged to the United States' extreme detriment: Its officials now admit that they are embracing the Muslim Brotherhood (MB or Ikhwan in Arabic). That would be the same international Islamist organization that has the destruction of the United States, Israel and all other parts of the Free World as its explicit objective.
On Thursday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tried to downplay the momentousness of this major policy shift by portraying it during a stopover in Budapest as follows: "The Obama administration is continuing the approach of limited contacts with the Muslim Brotherhood that have existed on and off for about five or six years." In fact, as former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy points out in a characteristically brilliant, and scathing, dissection of this announcement, Team Obama's official, open legitimation of the Brotherhood marks a dramatic break from the U.S. government's historical refusal to deal formally with the Ikhwan.
To understand why the Obama administration's embrace of the Muslim Brotherhood is so ominous, consider three insights into the organization's nature and ambitions:

  • First, here's the MB's creed: "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope." (Source: Husain Haqqani and Hillel Fradkin, "Islamist Parties: Going Back to the Origins.")
  • Second, here's the Ikwhan's mission in America: "A kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within, sabotaging its miserable house with their [i.e., Americans'] hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions." (Source: Muslim Brotherhood's "Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goals of the Group," entered into evidence by the Department of Justice in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation terrorism-finance trial. Archived at the NEFA Foundation.)
  • Third, here are excerpts from the Muslim Brotherhood's "phased plan" for accomplishing that mission:  Phase One: Discreet and secret establishment of leadership. Phase Two: Phase of gradual appearance on the public scene and exercising and utilizing various public activities. It greatly succeeded in implementing this stage. It also succeeded in achieving a great deal of its important goals, such as infiltrating various sectors of the Government. Phase Three: Escalation phase, prior to conflict and confrontation with the rulers, through utilizing mass media. Currently in progress. Phase Four: Open public confrontation with the Government through exercising the political pressure approach. It is aggressively implementing the above-mentioned approach. Training on the use of weapons domestically and overseas in anticipation of zero-hour. It has noticeable activities in this regard. Phase Five: Seizing power to establish their Islamic Nation under which all parties and Islamic groups are united. (Source: Undated Muslim Brotherhood Paper entitled, "Phases of the World Underground Movement Plan." Archived at Shariah: The Threat to America.)
In short, the Muslim Brotherhood is deadly serious about waging what it calls "civilization jihad" against the United States and other freedom-loving nations in order to secure their submission to the Islamic totalitarian political-military-legal doctrine called shariah. The MB's goal in this country is to replace our Constitution with theirs, namely the Koran. And they regard this task as one commanded by none other than Allah. (For more details on the nature, ambitions and modus operandi of the Ikhwan, see the Team B II Report, Shariah: The Threat to America). To this end, as Andy McCarthy notes in the aforementioned essay, the MB's senior official, Supreme Guide Muhammad Badi, has effectively declared war on the United States.
Were there any doubt that legitimacy is what the Ikhwan is taking away from this gambit, consider this assessment from an expert in Islamic groups, Ammar Ali Hassan, cited by Associated Press: "...The Brotherhood will likely try to float ‘conditions' or ‘reservations' on any dialogue to avoid a perception that it is allowing the U.S. to meddle in Egypt's internal affairs. But in the end, the talks will give a boost to the group, he said, by easing worries some in the Brotherhood and the public have of a backlash if the Brotherhood becomes the dominant player in Egypt. ‘Now the Muslim Brotherhood will not have to worry [about] moving forward toward taking over power,' Hassan said." Unfortunately, the U.S. government's dangerous outreach to the Ikhwan is not confined to Egypt but is systematically practiced inside the United States, as well. For example:

  • Muslim-American organizations identified in court by the U.S. government - and, in many cases, by the Muslim Brotherhood itself - as MB fronts are routinely cultivated by federal, state and local officials. Representatives of homeland security, Pentagon, intelligence and law enforcement agencies frequently meet with and attend functions sponsored by such groups.

  • MB-associated individuals are sent as our country's "goodwill ambassadors" to foreign Muslim nations and communities. MB-favored initiatives to insinuate shariah into the United States - notably, the Ground Zero Mosque and shariah-compliant finance, conscientious objector status for Muslim servicemen and stifling of free speech in accordance with shariah "blasphemy" laws - are endorsed and/or enabled by official institutions.

  • A blind eye is turned to the presence across the country of shariah-adherent mosques that incubate jihadism. A peer-reviewed study published last month in Middle East Quarterly determined that 81% of a random sample of 100 mosques exhibited such qualities - constituting an infrastructure for recruitment, indoctrination and training consistent with the Brotherhood's phased plan.

  • Under both Republican and Democratic administrations, individuals with family and other ties to the Muslim Brotherhood have actually given senior government positions. The most recent of these to come to light is Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's Deputy Chief of Staff, Huma Abedin (who also happens to be former Rep. Anthony Weiner's wife).
It seems a safe bet that, as Team Obama legitimates Muslim Brotherhood organizations and groups overseas, it will feel ever less constrained about further empowering their counterparts in the United States. If so, the MB will come to exercise even greater influence over what our government does and does not do about the threat posed by shariah, both abroad and here.
The absolutely predictable effect will be to undermine U.S. interests and allies in the Middle East and further catalyze the Brotherhood's campaign to insinuate shariah in the United States and, ultimately, to supplant the Constitution with Islamic law. Consequently, the Obama administration's efforts to "engage" the Muslim Brotherhood are not just reckless. They are wholly incompatible with the President's oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" and the similar commitment made by his subordinates.
These officials' now-open embrace of the Muslim Brotherhood constitutes a geo-strategic tipping point, one that must catalyze an urgent national debate on this question: Does such conduct violate their oath of office by endangering the Constitution they have undertaken to uphold?
At a minimum, such a debate would afford a much-needed opportunity to examine alternatives to the administration's present course - as well as the real risks associated with that its intensifying pursuit. For instance, one of the most astute American authorities on the Middle East in general and the Muslim Brotherhood in particular, Dr. Michael Rubin of the American Enterprise Institute, wrote in a posting at The American blog yesterday:
"Rather than embrace the Brotherhood, the Obama administration should be seeking to ensure that the group cannot dominate Egypt. Most analysts agree that the Muslim Brotherhood is by far the best organized group in Egypt, but that it only enjoys perhaps 25 or 30 percent support. The secular opposition remains weak and fractured. If the Obama administration wishes to remain engaged in Egypt's future and shape the best possible outcome for both U.S. national security and the Egyptian people, it should be pushing for electoral reform to change Egypt's dysfunctional system to a proportional representation model in which the secular majority can form a coalition to check a Muslim Brotherhood minority for which true democracy is anathema."
The same goes for the enemy within. Instead of relying upon - let alone hiring - Muslim Brotherhood operatives and associates, the United States government should be shutting down their fronts, shariah-adherent, jihad-incubating "community centers" and insidious influence operations in America. By recognizing these enterprises for what they are, namely vehicles for fulfilling the seditious goals of the MB's civilization jihad, they can and must be treated as prosecutable subversive enterprises, not protected religious ones under the U.S. Constitution.
      Let the debate begin.

'Paycheck to a Prayer' : New single from Scott Steele

Paycheck to a Prayer is Scott Steele's 3rd single going to Country Radio in Fall 2011, preceded by Everyday Heroes and Out on The Road; and his 2nd single being released to Inspirational/Christian Country as well as Christian formats and is following up Do You Believe. Available for Download now at www.steelecountry.com

Scott began singing and performing when he was just 8 years old, having been given his first guitar and spent six months learning how to play it using a book of old Hank songs. He was quickly hooked on Country music. Honing his new skills in church he was soon comfortable performing in front of a large audience.
He took up playing piano at eleven years old and by the age of twelve he wrote his first song while playing the piano after church one Sunday. It was then that he knew song writing would be his escape. In 2004 he finished his first CD "One In A Million".  Some of the subject matter is intense dealing with issues such as drug abuse(Just Hold On) war, (Take Another Look Around), suicide (Life Goes On) and losing a child (I'll Miss Everything).
Scott has played many venues from Texas to Mississippi including Gruene Country Hall in Gruene Texas, The Farmer's Daughter in San Antonio, Texas, Bear Creek Saloon in Montpillier, Louisiana, The Hammond Music Festival in Hammond, Louisiana. and many bars and honkey-tonks along the way. He is currently shopping for the right studio in Nashville to record his second album titled "Music Man" due out late in the spring of 2008. This project takes on country music and blends it with his own unique alternative sound. Scott is also dedicated to supporting charities such as Special Olympics; performing free concerts to raise money for the cause

3 Hymns for use at The Communion Service

Communion (1)  7676
TUNE: Aurelia
We gather round your table,
as in the upper floor,
to thank You and remember,
Until You come once more.
We come now in repentance,
then, cleansed by mercy fine,
just as did Your disciples,
we share the bread and wine.
Your sacrificial off’ring,
the way Your blood was shed,
we drink the wine in mem’ry,
then break and eat the bread.
We wait for your return, Lord,
for on that glorious day,
we’ll join with you together,
then in your rest we’ll stay.
Our heads bowed low before You,
forgiven, pure in heart,
we rise up from Your table,
once more to take our part.
Sacred and blessed communion,
that we have shared this day,
is drawing to a close now ,
but in our hearts will stay.

Light of Life CM
TUNE: Richmond
Lord Jesus now, O light of life,
Fill me with joy anew;
For I would feign remember Thee,
And praise and thank Thee too.
.
Gathered around Thy table here,
To take the bread and wine;
Recalling that great sacrifice,
That brought the gift divine.
.
We eat the bread and drink the wine,
Repentant in our heart,
We rest within your perfect peace,
A new beginning start.
.
And when at last we turn aside,
Redeemed, restored, refreshed,
May we remember, evermore,
This sacred moment blessed.

Bread and Wine LM
TUNE:  Old 100th
Redeemed by Him, and then restored,
Keeping the death of Christ the Lord.
In memory we share this food,
The bread His flesh, the wine His blood.

Take, eat, and now remember Him,
His body broken in our stead,
In full forgiveness, till He come,
Share in the breaking of the bread.

Then as we take the cup of wine
His life-blood shed to set us free
Deeply we drink from draught of pain,
His blood was shed for you and me.

Our sweet communion, Three-in-One,
By mercy, through His grace, we meet
To share in this memorial feast,
Then praise and worship at His feet.

Lady Shaver reviews ... What else can you say!

I was looking at Lady Shavers with my wife and reading the reviews. I found the one reproduced below and thought it was too good not to share with you all. I promise you that it is a genuine review from the Argos website. We're still doubled up with laughter!

"If you want your skin removed as well as the hair, this product is very efficient. I appreciate that I personally have sensitive skin, but I was fooled by the words 'gentle' and 'hypoallergenic' in the blurb and now have totally raw underarms. Legs not too bad, but definately (sic) not what it says on the 'packet'!"

Here's another review about a different shaver. This one really intrigued me!

"Great carpet sweeper for the price. It's also very light and easy to empty.
Couldn't ask for better!
"

I wonder if you have any similar review stories to share. Email me here.

Her audition for the Britain's Got Talent television show was first aired on April 11, 2009. The youtube video of that performance has since become the most watched internet video ever with over 360 million views! Songwriter, Alan "Rockadilly" Dill, was one of the millions of people worldwide who discovered the video on youtube in its first few days of release.

"There were people like myself who kept coming back to the video and posting comments," said Dill. "Eventually the comments slowed down and we began to talk to other posters in real time. Soon we realized that we were part of a worldwide community of fans supporting Susan Boyle and each other." Dill and other posters on the video site soon began calling each other "Pubsters" and the site itself became Susan's Pub.

"I like to think of the letters in PUBS to be an acronym for People United Because of Susan", said Dill, who became known on the site for his many poems, songs, and inspirational comments. One day in June, 2009, a frequent poster known as 2uCalifornia, asked Dill if he would write a song for her birthday. Ten minutes later Dill posted online what would eventually become the first verse and chorus of a song titled, "Susan's World Pub"; the rest of the song followed, a few days later.

Susan's World Pub
by Alan "Rockadilly" Dill

There's an old grizzly bear
A momma and her cub
They gather for hours
In Susan's World Pub
Their den activities
Have all been scrubbed
Just to listen to Susan
The woman we love

(Chorus)
So gather 'round children
Ladies and men
Here in Susan's World Pub
The singing never ends
Hey to you Susan Boyle
Fill our mugs up again
Here's to Susan's great singing
All shared among friends

Cause everyonehasadream
On EXHopefieldroad
And FroginSparks
Has kissed her share of toads
And sevencatlady
Has her babies to hold
And thefloggingparson
Has a heart of pure gold

(Chorus)

(Repeat Chorus)

(Tag)
There's an old grizzly bear
A momma and her cub
They gather for hours
In Susan's World pub
