With Spring well under way, as witnessed to by the blossom on some of the cherry trees near my home and the swathes of daffodils on the roadside verges, it's time to make a determined effort to work off the extra fat stored up since the long months of winter.
You might not be up to getting the weights out like the tough little fellow above, but you can dust off the exercise bike or go out for a long walk at a brisk pace.
It's no use just hanging around like the kitten below, hoping that the weight will simply drop off you, 'cos it will just get weightier!
