Yesterday I was invited to a local bookshop to sign copies of my books of Christian Verse and poetry, together with popular local singer Alan Watson who has just recorded his first release on the Sheer Joy Music label. The Cd is called Songs of Worship, and on it Alan has recorded four of my worship songs. This release is a taster for a series of CDs which Alan will record under the same label in 2009.
In the above photograph, Alan is busy signing a copy of Songs of Worship for one of several people who purchased it.
We were joined at the signing by local author Chris Darlington whose new book about Runcorn Football Club and the rise and fall of their Canal Street ground, Gone! But not Forgotten, is due for release in the next couple of weeks. The book will be on sale in the Curiosity Bookshop and is also available direct from the author by emailing him direct.
