Why do so many nations seek the downfall of Israel --- God's chosen land?
In Genesis 12:3, the Bible clearly warns that God will judge and curse anyone who takes Israel lightly, and interferes with the nation, or attempts to divide and give away His Land. A Palestinian State on the land that God promised to Abraham and the Israelite people is not in keeping with His destiny for His Land, and I believe that the disasters that are already striking on a global basis may well be because of the way that Nations are lining up to divide the Land. If they are serious about creating this illegitimate Palestinian State, then we can expect far more intense and catastrophic disasters to occur in the months ahead.
Palestine is the name given to the land of the Philistine's who you will know from The Bible, are the ones who wanted Christ disposed of because He threatened their existence. Most importantly, it is not a State, and never has been, It is an area of land to the west of the River Jordan. However, as a result of terrorist activities, particularly from the time of Yasser Arafat, pressure has increasingly been brought to bear upon the United Nations and its member States to recognise Palestine as a State, and even to recognise their so-called President and government in exile. Because of the oil-wealth of the Arab States many nations have signed up to this falsehood and the western media have been fed a tissue of lies designed to aid the downfall of Israel.
However, the important thing to recognise is that no matter how powerful these States may be, both individually and collectively, their power is less than a gnat-bite when contrasted to the power of god's wrath. Many observers feel convinced that the dreadful disasters that have befallen the world over the last two or three years, including the financial ruin of many nations, all form part of the signs of the second coming of Jesus Christ. If this is the case, and it may well be so arguably, then all the Nations need to bear in mind that when He comes the Great Judgement will follow.
I urge every committed Christian to pray as you have never prayed before, that the full restoration of God's people, Israel, will come about soon, and that Christ's enemies will, as Scripture predicts, become a footstool for His feet.
The Global Jihad of the Islamic Nations is part of this opposition to Almighty God, and as such, despite the continuing deaths of so many, is doomed in the end to failure.

Royal Wedding Day is here at last!
Today sees the culmination and fulfilment of all the carefully laid plans of Prince William and Kate Middleton, and the hordes of folk involved in planning today's great event. I hope that the weather holds and does not spoil the hundreds of street parties that will take place as people cast off the doom and gloom of the recessional months and go out on the streets of the UK to celebrate.
I wish them both well, not only for today but for their future together. Let us hope that they will honour their wedding vows, unlike certain other members of William's family.
On Our Faces and On Our Knees

Be Prepared For An Emergency:
Recent events (i.e. the butchering of an Israeli family in Itamar, the bus stop bombing in Jerusalem at one of the busiest times of day and the unending cries, by the Palestinians and the entire Arab world, to save “Palestine” from the Jews) have proven that Israel may be on the edge of an emergency. As intercessors, it is our responsibility to recognize the harbingers before they happen! Israelis are bracing for a major war with Hamas in the Gaza Strip, the Arabs are now planning their own Palestinian state and to top it all off, they have been propagating their “rush on Jerusalem” and possible dates of war on Facebook. As someone said “all they have on their minds is to kill the Jews (and then the Christians).” Facebook Intifada pages abound. As soon as the scandalous announcements about another “Intifada” on Israel are removed, new ones are launched. Reports circulate that hundreds of Facebook pages still exist. The message is the same: “Arabs worldwide must begin their Jihad (holy war) and killing Jews is praiseworthy.”
The Spirit Of Defiance:
Islam’s hideous threats and mockery of the Jewish people are unending and to say these types of people are “heartless” is to be kind. Gaddafi called for Arab refugees to “March on Israel.” He also called for the Muslim world to unite against the non-Muslim world. The “Western world,” including the United States and Europe, has gone on the attack against the Islamic world, he has said. Even Barghouti called for a march on Israel from his prison cell. Of course his statements make no sense but this is typical of the lies they spread. Iran is claiming it has advanced centrifuges in operation now so they are continuing in their pursuit for world domination. The spirit of defiance is unparalleled. Turkish IHH ill-fated anti-Israel ship convoy to Gaza are organizing another one – this time with an airplane. (See article by Hillel Fendel on Arutz Sheva News, 04/11/11).
March Of Return Scheduled For May 15, 2011.
According to Herman Wouk’s book The Hope, written in 1993, May 15, 1948, was the “long-fixed official date—the British mandate will end, the British government and army will pull out of Palestine, in toto, and a showdown is bound to explode. Five neighboring Arab countries are pledged to march their armies into Palestine on that selfsame day, to wipe out the Zionist entity in a week or two. The British Balfour Declaration, which encouraged Zionism, the Arabs have always considered a monstrous illegality, and this is their chance to reverse it” (Pg. 5, The Hope, 1993). On Independence Day, May 14, 1948, a nation was “born in a day” (Isaiah 66:8). It was a birth brought about by the Almighty in accordance with His Promise to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob—Israel’s forefathers. The first Intifada began on December 9, 1987, the second Al-Aqsa Intifada was underway in late September 2000, and according to a very popular Facebook page, the third coming of the violent Palestinian uprising is scheduled to kick off this year, on May 15 - the Palestinian Nakba Day and the anniversary of the establishment of Israel in 1948.
Israel has learned to live one day at a time and one fight at a time, but today the Arab world is armed to the teeth with lethal weaponry and Israel cannot afford a miscalculation. The Church cannot afford to miss this spiritual opportunity to push back the enemy, not only from the gates, but to be a Wall of spiritual protection shielding the Jewish state from any pre-emptive attack to start an Armageddon-type war.
Deception! The Immediate Coming Of The Islamic Messiah?

This is a key sign indicating that the reappearance is near…Based on this belief, the leaders of Iran see it as their duty to prepare the ground for The Coming. One of the most important events to securing the reappearance…is the annihilation of Israel and conquering Beitol Moghadas (Jerusalem). They state with conviction that Islam will soon conquer the world and all infidels will be destroyed…War, chaos, and lawlessness must engulf the world to pave the way for Imam Mahdi’s reappearance...” The deception lies in that they feel they are the righteous on the earth and all of us are the infidels and sinners.
As this movie is distributed throughout the Basij and Revolutionary Guards’ bases, their hope is to also distribute it throughout the entire Middle East. Their intention is to incite further uprisings with the hope of motivating Arabs to overthrow the US-backed governments with the final goal of the annihilation of Israel and Allah’s governance of the world! If my discernment and knowledge of the Bible are correct, this pushing forward the “appearance of the Mahdi war” is to prevent the appearance of the REAL MESSIAH! Islam (the basis of its teaching from satan’s deceptive lies) believes that if it destroys Israel, the real Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus) will not return. We know He will come only to a Jewish Jerusalem and the Land will be in the hands of the Children of Israel. Somehow, we must pray that the back of Islam will be broken so that many disenchanted and disappointed hearts will look to the real One True God of Israel and Messiah, Jesus (Yeshua). Without a defeat, they will brag about “their” messiah. Let’s study God’s Word again, be certain of its promises and begin to pray His Word into being. This way we will be firmly fastened to the ROCK OF AGES, which will never budge during the hard times ahead! Intercessors…it is time to pray!! Please, forward this all over the earth as the Church must arise and push back the battle away from the gates!
The world needs to know what acts are continually forced upon the Jewish state and need to raise voices in protest against the continual war of hatred against the Jewish people by Islam. Reports are that Iran’s fingerprints could be seen on the attack and this will increase. And so…Christians who love Israel awaken others to the necessity of unceasing prayer for the Jewish nation. Remember: if the tree falls so will the branches!! Facebook pages have been created calling for a third “Intifada” on Israel which actually means to take over Israel by force. The last Intifada resulted in 18 deadly terror bombings, and hundreds of innocent people were killed. As residents of Israel, we remember well those sad days and we launched a project “Under His Wings” to help terror attack victims in Israel (see below). The reason I choose to send another “alert update” now is to ask for fervent prayer and intercession from all lovers of Israel all over the earth.

Why a British Christian actor is behaving like Hitler and giving his time to young film-makers

Christopher, 42, who lives just outside of Liverpool, recently got a part in an episode of “The Mystery Files” on the Geographic Channel, playing a young Hitler soldier and his relationship with Hitler in the trenches of the First World War.
Christopher says, “As an actor I like to give my time to those who are starting out. After reading Jack Leigh’s script I wanted to get involved. The film is called ‘Boiling Point’ and I play Owen Davis, a private detective who avengers his sister`s murderer. The film is about justice and how far we will go as human beings.

PORT SUNLIGHT, UK (ANS) -- British Christian actor, Christopher Lee-Power, has not only been recently behaving like Hitler, which he says was a “challenge,” but has also been giving his time to young film makers.

Christopher said, “On arriving on the set, I noticed the huge trench with barbed wire around it - it looked very authentic. And around its edge explosives had been placed.
“We filmed from morning to night and had to simulate the harsh conditions: the crew threw stones and mud over us, creating the effect that we were under attack! The fear I had filming those scenes was very real!”
He then had the opportunity to play a henchman who allegedly killed Amy Robsart, whose unexplained death at the age of 28 is the greatest unsolved Tudor mystery. The drama-documentary is out on Sky this year.

Says Christopher: “Ironically, a few months ago I also got a call to audition for Martin Scorsese - to play the part of Hitler himself.”
As an actor and Christian, an opportunity to play Hitler, or even someone like him, was not easy. “Playing him does not mean that I agree with what he did. The opposite is true for the actor: it’s an opportunity to reveal to the audience the evil that went on, and to explore the character's inner life.
“I had to learn German for the Scorsese audition, and study YouTube footage. When I arrived there were five other actors who all looked like Hitler! As an actor you have to do your best, because the profession is very competitive. Sometimes you are right for the part and other times you are not, and in the end I didn't get the part, and did not meet him personally - but it was an experience!”
Christopher has also given his time to help a group of young film makers from Edge Hill University based in the north west of England.

“I think, as a Christian actor, I have a duty to reveal to the world not just the good, but also the bad. After all, is this not what the Bible reveals, not just good but evil? If by playing a sinful part I can show the destruction in our lives, then I am being salt and light.”
Jack Leigh, who is studying film at Edge Hill University, Ormskirk, not only directed, but also wrote the script. This film will then be shown at film festivals and shown to the BBC.

Christopher then revealed that he has had to overcome his own big problems, after leaving school without any qualifications. He had a speech impediment, was hyperactive and had no coordination. It was not until the age of eighteen that he decided that “enough was enough” and set out on a path of becoming an actor and a Christian. He finally achieved London drama school training and now lives in the Wirral with his wife and son.
Christopher trained at Richmond Drama School (London) and gained an Oxford Diploma. He also trained at The Lee Strasberg Studio in London and then attended courses at RADA in classical and method acting. He has worked extensively in Shakespeare and on the radio and appeared in the acclaimed “The Winter’s Tale” in Birkenhead Park.
He has appeared in many British soaps, including “Coronation Street.” He toured in an award winning play called “Remembrance Day,” by Bev Clark, playing George. Christopher also has his autobiography out called “Breaking Free from the Street to the Stage” by O-Books (ISBN 978-1-84694-171-9.)

Is it Racist to Criticize Islam?
America’s rich heritage of free speech and public debate is one of the hallmarks of our country’s greatness.
But when it comes to the topic of Islam, rather than engaging in honest debate about such aspects as jihad, sharia law, treatment of “infidels,” or treatment of women, what we frequently see instead is a barrage of personal attacks intended to muzzle any and all debate.
One of the more vile is the false accusation of “racism.” “Citizen Warrior” has posted a powerful rebuttal of this accusation.
Is Ayaan Hirsi Ali a racist? She was born in Somalia, from which she escaped to avoid an arranged marriage, and she eventually became a member of Parliament in the Netherlands.
She helped produce a film with Theo Van Gogh which criticized Islam's treatment of women. Van Gogh was shot to death by a Muslim in retaliation, and a note was pinned to his chest with a knife — a note that threatened Ayaan Hirsi Ali.
She made her way to the United States, and has since written two books critical of Islam: Infidel and Nomad: From Islam to America: A Personal Journey Through the Clash of Civilizations.
Is Wafa Sultan a racist? She was born and raised in Syria, and was trained as a psychiatrist.
On February 21, 2006, she took part in an Al Jazeera discussion program, arguing with the hosts about Samuel P. Huntington's Clash of Civilizations theory. In an article about him, a correspondent wrote, "A life of 25 years of relentless service has strengthened the resolve of Tapan Ghosh to unite Hindu masses to fight against injustice and the oppressive attitude of the authorities in the face of ever-increasing Islamist aggression."
Ghosh said, "As someone who has suffered enormously from the Islamist onslaught in eastern India, both after the partition of India as well as the partition of erstwhile Pakistan to form Bangladesh, Islamic terrorism has deeply affected my life and the life of millions in the Indian subcontinent. The horrific events of 1971 where nearly 3 million Bengalis, mostly Hindus were exterminated by the Pakistani military regime left an everlasting impression on me. Since then, I have worked relentlessly for the service and upliftment of people reeling under the scourge of radical Islam."
Is Seyran Ates a racist? Born in Turkey of Kurdish parents, and now working as a lawyer in Germany, Atest is highly critical of an immigrant Muslim society that is often more orthodox than its counterpart in Turkey, and her criticisms have put her at risk.
Her book, "Islam Needs a Sexual Revolution," was scheduled for publication in Germany in 2009. In an interview in January 2008 on National Public Radio, Ates stated that she was in hiding and would not be working on Muslim women's behalf publicly (including in court) due to the threats against her.

But when it comes to the topic of Islam, rather than engaging in honest debate about such aspects as jihad, sharia law, treatment of “infidels,” or treatment of women, what we frequently see instead is a barrage of personal attacks intended to muzzle any and all debate.
One of the more vile is the false accusation of “racism.” “Citizen Warrior” has posted a powerful rebuttal of this accusation.

Is Ayaan Hirsi Ali a racist? She was born in Somalia, from which she escaped to avoid an arranged marriage, and she eventually became a member of Parliament in the Netherlands.
She helped produce a film with Theo Van Gogh which criticized Islam's treatment of women. Van Gogh was shot to death by a Muslim in retaliation, and a note was pinned to his chest with a knife — a note that threatened Ayaan Hirsi Ali.
She made her way to the United States, and has since written two books critical of Islam: Infidel and Nomad: From Islam to America: A Personal Journey Through the Clash of Civilizations.

Is Wafa Sultan a racist? She was born and raised in Syria, and was trained as a psychiatrist.
On February 21, 2006, she took part in an Al Jazeera discussion program, arguing with the hosts about Samuel P. Huntington's Clash of Civilizations theory. A six-minute composite video of her response was widely circulated on blogs and through email. The New York Times estimated it was seen at least one million times. In the video she criticized Muslims for treating non-Muslims differently, and for not recognizing the accomplishments of Jews and other non-Muslims. The video was the most-discussed video of all time with over 260,000 comments on YouTube.

She decided to warn her fellow Americans about the dire results you can expect from appeasing orthodox Muslims, so she founded ACT! for America, a grassroots organization dedicated to educating the public about Islam's prime directive.

David Wilkerson Killed in Car Crash
David Wilkerson, who was 79, founded Times Square Church in 1987. He was the respected author of many widely known Christian books such as The Cross and the Switchblade, which was also made into a film.
David's wife, Gwen, was also involved in the accident, which I understand was a head-on collision with a tractor trailer whilst travelling East on US 175, and she is still in a critical condition. My thoughts and prayers are with Gwen and the rest of the family at this time, and also with the members of Times Square Church.
I have had the privilege of publishing occasional articles by David Wilkerson in The Voice Christian News & Views, and his articles have always enriched both the readers and the publication.
He worked tirelessly for the Lord for much of his life, and was regarded by many as the greatest living prophet in the USA today. His legacy of writings and teachings will be of value to those seeking to know the Lord Jesus Christ in the future for many generations to come, I have no doubt. Equally, I have no doubt that this eminent soldier for Christ will have a place appointed for him with our Lord, and will hear the words that we all long for, "Well done, true and faithful servant.
