Poem for Today: 'Praise the Lord'

Praise the Lord     

Let everything within me

Praise the Lord,

Let everything within me

Bless His holy name.

In all my living

Let me live for Him,

In all my doing

Let me be like Him.

Let me think His thoughts,

Touch with His touch,

Have His compassion,

Know His just ways.

All that I am,

All that I will ever be,

All that I aspire to,

All that I dream of,

May it all serve one purpose,

To seek His everlasting kingdom,

And in the eternal light,

Praise Him for ever.

Let everything within me

Praise the Lord.
