' Siobhan Owen sings We'll Keep a Welcome'

Not only is Siobhan a beautiful singer, she is also a talented Harpist. Here she is sharing both talents at once as she sings the beautiful Irish traditional song, "Down by the Sally Gardens" at the Triquetra Awards Dinner during the Australian Celtic Festival at Glen Innes, New South Wales.
