Listening
In the quiet stillness of His peace
I there will rest, His hand in mine,
and all my burdens share.
In the loving warmth that is His Name,
I there will rest, secure and safe,
within His loving care.
In the peaceful silence of the night,
I there will rest, in knowing certainty
that God is there.
In the quiet stillness of my heart,
I there will rest, and in that rest
my Lord’s voice hear.
