TUNE: Christmas Eve
The Christmas bells are ringing out,
New life and hope they bring;
And Christian voices singing loud,
Proclaiming Christ the King!
The shepherds came to praise the Lord,
And angels loud did sing;
The magi travelled from afar
In worship of the King!
Angelic choirs in heav’n above
Lit up the starlit sky;
The bells rang out their song of love,
And man took up the cry.
We worship Jesus Christ the Lord,
New life and joy He brings;
Our hands and praise we raise on high,
In worship of the King!
The Christmas bells are ringing loud,
The best of news they bring;
And Christian voices all sing out,
To worship of the King!
