Don't I look completely innocent, as if butter would not melt in my mouth. That's why everyone loves me, and when they see me out for a walk they say things like, "Aah! What a cute little dog!" Then I often growl at them, just for fun, and they change their minds a bit about the word 'cute.'
Whatever it is I didn't do it! You've got me worried now, trying to think what it's all about.
"Ah! Now I remember. Well, the thing is I didn't really mean to do it! Perhaps if I hang my head a little I'll be forgiven."
