Slim Whitman sings 'Silver-haired Daddy of Mine'

The very first time I heard Slim Whitman sing, (and that's a long, long time ago!), I was hooked, and have remained a fan all of my life. The song in this video was on the very first record that I purchased as a fourteen-year old, and I like it just as much today as the first time I spun that vinyl. Now 87 years old, Slim Whitman has sold over 120 million albums, and continues to be as popular now as ever. I was one of the audience some years ago when he performed at his last UK concert in Norwich, and it was a night that I'll never forget.
